Our family vacation homes can be your getaways, too!
It's a pleasure to introduce ourselves to you! We are the Walterson Family. We moved from southern California to raise our family in the quintessential ski town of Park City, Utah when our children were very young (but already loved skiing!)
We bought a beautiful horse ranch and enjoyed skiing all winter and riding our horses and boating in the summers. Once the kids left for college we decided to sell the ranch and move to the beach! So we bought the townhouse near Deer Valley and the Jordanelle Lake so we can return to Park City and our lifelong friends and community.
We relocated to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina as empty nesters and enjoy golf and tennis and taking our dogs for long walks on the beach. We bought the Surf Street Beach House as a rental and place our adult children can stay at when they come to visit us. Now we have these two vacation properties that we enjoy sharing with other families. We hope your stay creates lasting memories.
